We offer talented engineers an opportunity to develop their skills and to develop a varied knowledge. We are not shy to invest in the best available analytical and design software.
We also encourage our people to acquire specialist qualifications, in particular becoming members of the Institution of Structural Engineers. We are also accredited with the ACE to monitor graduates wishing to become Chartered members of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Along with helping our people to prepare for formal institutional examinations, we invite guest speakers regularly to present seminars which introduce us to new design techniques and materials. This helps to ensure that we are at the forefront of the knowledge within our industry.
