The project involved the refurbishment, remodelling, and new-build extensions to the main front block of what was formerly the Adelaide Hospital in Dublin 8. Parts of the building date back as far as the eighteenth century and a number of the Georgian features have been retained and restored.
Extensions to the existing building include office suites to the east wing, escape staircases to both ends of the building and a main glazed atrium
to the rear elevation wrapping the existing lift shaft.
