A former car servicing centre and warehouse constructed from a double height, two-bay precast concrete portal frame, the building was transformed into a motorbike showroom with workshop, distribution and warehouse facilities.
New, independent structural steel frames were inserted to create additional mezzanine floor space internally and a unique identity to the external expression of Bikeworld.
