The development consists of a five-storey apartment block, with a single basement incorporating car parking areas, crèche and ancillary services.
The structure consists mainly of modular cross-wall construction on the upper floors. The floor slabs are made up of in-situ concrete topping on 100 mm thick wide slab pre-cast units. The overall depth of floor construction is typically 225 mm, increased to a maximum of 300 mm if necessary to transfer line loads from load-bearing walls.
